FAIRHAVEN ALERT: State of Emergency -Blizzard - Tuesday PM UPDATE -
SCHOOLS & TOWN OFFICES / FACILITIES are CLOSED on Wednesday February 25 -
TRAVEL BAN: Townwide Travel Ban remains in full effect. The Roads are not safe - The BPW continues to work around the clock clearing roads -
Trash and recycling is delayed a minimum of 3 days, possibly for the week -
PARKING BAN: Parking Ban will be enforced. This will continue though weekend -
SHELTER/WARMING CENTER ASSISTANCE: 508-994-1428 x 7201 -
FIRE/POLICE: Fully staffed and on the road. 911 is fully operational -
EVERSOURCE UPDATE: Power is on at Fairhaven Housing Authority, Fairhaven Village, and the Royal of Fairhaven. 95% of the Center of Fairhaven has power. They continue to work on other areas -
SAFETY:
WATCH FOR DOWNED POWERLINES - They may still be energized
WATCH FOR PLOWS. They need to get speed to clear the snow. No one should be walking on roadways

Please be advised that due to the current circumstances beyond
our control, for the month of February, we anticipate a delay in
payments for both checks and direct deposits.
While we do not have a specific timeframe, we understand the
urgency to this matter and will continue to work diligently to get
the payments out to you as soon as possible.
