MassDOT has begun Phase 1 of the I-195/Route 18 Interchange Rehabilitation Project in New Bedford. Phase 2 will begin in mid/late September and will require the long-term closures of ramp C (I-195 West to Route 18 South) and ramp D (Route 18 North to I-195 West). These closures are scheduled to remain in place for 2 years.
