Welcome to the Town of Fairhaven Human Resources Department website. The mission of the Human Resources Department is to provide the leadership, direction, and the support needed to attract, retain, and develop talented individuals in order to support the needs of the Town’s employees.  The employees are the HR Department’s internal customers. When fully supported, the staff consistently delivers the exceptional services that makes the Fairhaven a special place to live, work and play.

Employee Assistance Program

On October 1, 2020 the Town of Fairhaven launched the Perspectives Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service through MEGA insurance.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is available to Town employees and their families. Call (800) 456-6327 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to reach a counselor. Contact Human Resources for ID login and Password information. 

Helpful Information 

Perspectives provides monthly live webinars on a variety of important topics. These are offered live monthly and then posted online for 24 hour/7 day a week access. They also provide archived webinar topics which are available online as well.
