On October 1, 2020 the Town of Fairhaven launched the Perspectives Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service through MEGA insurance.

Perspectives provides monthly live webinars on a variety of important topics. These are offered live monthly and then posted online for 24 hour/7 day a week access. They also provide archived webinar topics which are available online as well.
