Mission Statement

The Fairhaven Livable Streets Committee (formerly the Bikeway Committee) is an advisory committee to the Select Board. Our mission is to make our town the most bicycle and pedestrian-friendly community on the Southcoast. We will do this by:

Encouraging alternative modes of transportation throughout town and
Working with town leadership to increase the safety and accessibility of our streets for all users through improved bicycle and pedestrian facilities, street design, and safety education
