Town Administrator Keith Hickey, Building Commissioner Rick Forand, Health Agent David Flaherty, and  BPW Superintendent Vinnie Furtado  with West Island residents  to discuss concerns raised regarding the increase in development on the island and the possible environmental impacts that development may have.
