182-1 Parking regulations.
No vehicle shall be permitted to remain either on the est side of streets running north and south or on the north side of streets running east or west, during the time of any snowfall or any snow removal operations in the Town of Fairhaven or any other times (midnight to 8:00 a.m.) as specified by order of the Board of Public Works. The Board of Public Works is authorized to remove, or cause to be removed, to some convenient place, including a public garage, any vehicle interfering with the work of removing or plowing snow or ice from any way, and the cost of such removal with all storage charges resulting therefrom shall be paid by the owner of such vehicle.
182-2 Violations and Penalties
Whoever violates this Part 1 shall, in addition to the foregoing provision, be liable to a fine of not more than $20 which may be recovered by indictment of complaint before a District Court.
182-3 Exceptions.
There shall be a snow ban on Center Street from Chestnut Street to Pleasant Street only from the north side of the street to the south side of the street to coincide with the Rogers School parking ban. There shall be a snow parking ban on Pleasant Street from Center Street to Union Street only from the east side tot he west side of the street to coincide with the Rogers School parking ban.
