Mission:
The Administrative staff of Public Works performs the important functions of keeping the Public Works operational on a day-to-day basis, and coordinating the work of the Divisions. Customer relations is a key function, including processing of permits for homeowners, businesses and contractors.
Budgeting and finance insures spending is controlled and the Town gets the best value. Personnel management tracks employee productivity, time, payroll and employee recognition.
Long range planning identifies the future needs of the Town, and coordinates infrastructure investment and capital spending.
